There were several references to how the business was previously run and the negative feedback from customers. Mark appears to have a laser focus on seamless integration and cross selling within the ANZ markets.
It would appear that he has now managed to work through various legacy issues and has completed the operational restructuring of the business (Stage 1). With the strategic review (Stage 2) still ongoing, It wouldn't surprise me to see ATX sold or the US arm of Emersion closed.
