SP does NOT form part of KPI's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it should as at the end of the day thats what
determines the value of a company.
they all get bonuses based on what they interpret as "relevant" KPI's and SP (the biggest factor of them all IMO) DOES NOT! GO FIGURE - but then again no bonuses would be paid given downward trajectory of SP. BUT if they actually added value to the company then SP higher and no issue with the large bonuses they pay themselves over the years - not to mention the rather substantial wages for what?????????????????
