I am with you @Bradley. Surely the company would themselves have looked in depth at all processing options and should have already taken the GOT through it in detail. Cannot believe they have had to ask for it now. Should be just updating what they already should have presented ( countless times). So many years with nothing to do seems like they really were wasted !
