The words FORCED seems interesting - forced by whom/what.

The shareholder might have been forced to sell due to self governance reasons - although forced to sell to the highest bidder - which seems to be the vacant argument at play here as why no one else other than a Chinese company took over the shares?

But Other poorly form of words are "the mine" its a resource not a mine and it was a shareholder not the company - so its rather all confusing to read into this.

Didn't a UK government delegation visit Tanzania government more than a year or so ago - Was speculation on here that there might have been some diplomatic conversations about the rare earth deposit progress.

Apian management might have found it difficult of course because they aren't Peaks management to meet UK and other European countries.

Some of this article reads like sour grapes.... but who know's, It's not like these investment companies fall in love with a stock.. time will indeed bring enlightenment to all us plebs.
