It's just speculation on my part, but i think they are more likely to find either project funding or a JV partner.
The project funding may be able to be obtained on the strength of the scoping study from a big financier, on the basis that they have the right to fund the whole project post completion of the feasibility, that would be a better outcome than another cap raise.
