Rule of thumb regarding directors controlling such a large stake is avoid it as the little guys always lose out. I do like the project but finance will be a hard ask. as Bogart verified the RE may not be that important, so perhaps we forget it for the time being. On the supplied maps there are a few gold mines around the district,i am unsure whether they are operating, wonder if toll treating would be available.
