the only benefit of a Liquidator, is that he can investigate the activities of the company and its board and mgt. as long as he has the funds to do that. I know s/h have caused that to happen in other companies.
Also I saw that the ASX delisted a company recently because it looked like they were staring at insolvency. cannot recall. I think I posted something on HC?
