I bought into the last year around $1.50 when they announced the directors purchase programme. I was attracted to the discount to NTA, the prospects of the director buying programme to narrow the discount, and also to the long short nature of the fund. I believed that after an 11 year bull market it was time to place finds with a manager that could buffer me on the downside given the short element of their portfolio. More fool me !

Despite having invested a considerable amount of money into this, I am unable to get an audience with Mark or Rafi.

The long term performance of the mandate has been good, but the performance since $2.00 listing has been poor. They seem unable to address the discount and they should wind the fund up and return our money so that we can employ it ourselves, rather than holding us captive to the very large discount.
