This stock won't rerate until they announce a special dividend.
Another "asset play" Midway (MWY) just announced a special div yesterday following an asset sale and the stock jumped 25%.
I only dipped my toes on URF due to being scarred by RNY years ago. But these regular updates with assets sold at book value give me more confidence to tip in more dough.
