I like the WA focus with the current commodities pricing across the board being low, in the next few years when things get back to normal I'd hope that the commodity prices start rallying. WA is also one of the most sparsely populated regions so virus concerns are somewhat mitigated.
(Likely just my pie in the sky thinking)
