@Mattoosular.... With the way it’s increasing, I’d say you were right. NAV seems to be increasing with I think quite a lot to come. SP increasing on fairly low volume though and of course the SP will drop Ex Div. still, that may encourage more punters to take up more shares if they are 3-4 cents cheaper Ex div...
