I must be missing something, because the only way you will get a 7.5% premium to NTA is by taking WAM shares, the only other alternative is to sell on market. Fine, you can still sell WAM shares on market after the “amalgamation”, and I can see that there MAY be some WIC sellers who want to sell for various reasons, but why would you buy WIC shares in the market today ? Am I missing something ?

I don't think there's any mystery there, peejay. It's just a cheap way of getting into WAM. What seems more mysterious is why anyone would be buying WAM at $2.29 when they can get it for around $2.16 going via WIC or OZG.
