Any other management would have much more attention to shareholder value / returns than LRF IMO.

I can't understand why, when SP is at such a discount, they would for instance have a dividend reinvestment plan. How does that add value. Emailed them once about this with no reply.

IMO they in theory should generate reasonable returns for holders, however their approach to good governance is shocking going way back. I keep it on my watch list out of interest only, however have not bother buying for a very very long time.

I can't say it's a sell due to discount, however see a lot of reasons why I wouldn't buy. Not that I provide advice ...
