Chairmans already on his way out davis - by may I think which will give them time to find someone suitable and have a smooth transition. The non execs out of the US managing that hire so I doubt the new chairman will have any allengences to DP nor to local brokers and thus should keep a good check on management - which after all is the Chairmans role and one IMO that has been lacking.
