    WSP was down 12% yesterday and they reduced their NTO position in September after the first bid (it was not in the top #5 anymore).

    The buyback has slowed down quite a bit. The discount is up to 10-12% from 5% just a month ago.
    The discount in the whole LIC sector has increased significantly.
