No big deal that the drilling contractor took the rig elsewhere for a couple of wells. Most contractors have commitments on their rigs with various exploration companies-- usually these contracts will state that the contractor will drill x number of wells per quarter/6 months/year. So, he took his rig to fulfill previous contracts-- after the 2 wells are drilled, he is contracted to come back to AOK. I'm sure they knew this before signing the contract with him.
