funds go through lean years and good years.
the 5 year window is positive with 17.6% (fund NTA returns & divs). this is the highest return in the sector.
sp & divs return 19.1% again better than PGF. these are the highest again reading the LMI report.
the SP has pretty much tracked index for the last year (yes the divs will be under index returns) but that ok hard to actually beat the index.
the cash reserves provide 11 years of dividend coverage.
