I haven't posted here for six months. A health check is overdue.
NTA as at 30th December was $2.9225.
NTA as at 28th June was $2.9098.
Add the 5 cents dividend from March and the result is an increase in shareholder value of 3.73 cents in six months. Add franking credits for the dividend giving an overall increase of about 5 cents.
Not too bad, but also not excellent. The long-short strategy should be raking in profits at the moment with markets generally being sideways. With Apple, well it looks a bit like Tesla again. So, perhaps more attention is required on the stoploss cutoffs as well as on the stock picking.
