Why has the majority holder clearly stated they have no intentions of providing any further capital when clearly they have the funds to do so?

Any such majority holding can have total control of the share price going forward regardless of earnings or potential.

This is always the reality when there are large majority holdings

I have no concern with an art collector and property developer owning a large proportion.

I guess you need to get over your paranoia.

We ain't getting taken over, it's a great relationship that has delivered CSD a chance to own its future. CSD is producing, making money, has around $200 to $300 million in assets, and so much more.
