Looks like their NAV has exceeded $1.07 which was the listing NAV minus IPO costs. Considering we've just experienced one of the wettest year's in history and their value has held, what will happen during the next drought! I'm starting to get it now...
The fact they've locked away leases at fixed prices/ML means their not really exposed to the short term downturn in the allocation market. Nicely played...
