Fair point, however that SEC filing refers to only stocks. Not sure if there is something similar which shows property holding but it may be possible he is holding properties with water entitlements.
Apparently he has been buying almond farms with water attached. I personally do agree with the points raised about agricultural land and water becoming increasingly valuable as populations rise/climate change, though the question is whether D2O is the best vehicle for this.
