Nice, I quite like this for it's defensive characteristics as a place to park speculation winnings. My only concern would be how it might hold up during a GFC style situation, I presume better than a lot of the junk on the asx200 since it's debt levels are not too high and water is a resource that's critical.
But if anyone has an opinion on this topic, bullish or bearish I would love to hear it.
