Good news re permiting.

Below is a screen shot for the document filing system where I have been tracking the submissions and requests against the Kalina file. Usually files are uploaded instantaneously and there have been no files uploaded since the last response from Kalina to the AUC request for information. Given the closing date for objections from interested Parties closed yesterday Alberta time, that means we look to have received no objections to our request to construct and operate the Saddle Hills Energy Centre. I would also presume the AUC were waiting for any objections to determine if they sought any additional information. So my guess is that the AUC will now start writing up a response granting us the permit we require. Once this is received, one of the final pieces of the puzzle will be in place to enable final debt and equity finance to be locked in place for FNTP. We are getting closer folks and the SP is just about as low as its been since the last placement. Go figure? Good news if you want to grab a decent position now.
