    Unfortunately, that's what can happen with an illiquid stock that is flying under the radar.
    There is a bot at work too. I know people don't like takeover speculation, but if I were thinking of acquiring CE1, I'd be using a bot to keep the price stable/low, while the company de-risks if for me.
    Think if the results are as good as they seem, there is a good chance of a takeover offer.
