It is tax sell time so still a few retail are likely eager to sell. Personally I do not understand why, but you never know, some may have made big on property or crypto or whatever else they invest in, and need to sell SI6 at a loss to minimise tax. Keep in mind the majority of long term holders here likely need 8c+ to break even which was the average for a long period pre consolidation during SI6 days, therefore there may still be some selling throughout June.
Obviously, I am a long term holder myself so I have no intent to sell. This is buy time and average down period for me. There are a few gaps forming and it could pop at any point with the right volume, although in my view the most likely time it will pop is from late June, July when the gold newsflow really ramps up.
