As you suspect the economy will take some time to recover. Before it gets better it needs to crumble in order to reform.. Anything from now that you buy is or likely a long term investment.Life in nz is getting harder. Real estate is taking a beating too. Much more price by negotiation now or straight price offer as opposed to by auctionIts a very bottom drawer for me lol..All in my opinion
