They say it is operational so to me that means day one it is generating something.
They can adjust tensions / pressure etc to optimize generation so it will be interesting as to what numbers they can actually get
Hardly offshore so I will call it nearshore but that may be in line with the scale and they have plenty of wave data there
As for the PTO units I am assuming they are scaled from what they want to apply in a full scale buoy so data is very important and also the webbing straps and drum mechanism will get a real world scale test to confirm reliability , efficiency and wear so they can get better estimates on total cost and replacement schedules.

Will be interesting how they communicate any data and in what format to shareholders and what inferences they attach to that data.
