I don't anything about Gerard King other than the information given on GPP's anns. but that transaction (he borrowed $420k to company) gave me confidence that he was obviously has been a true believer of what he was doing; GPP and "Coal to Liquids" project.
Gerard King borrowed his own $420k to this company to make it successful. He got shares instead of that money later on. See below...
There was even no lithium project that time.
