I didn't see any "comparisons" as such. What I saw was how the size of the area can host a pilgangoora style/scale project. Ie multiple prospects within GPPs area granted.
I am now speculating, and in my opinion I believe that once these areas are systematically proven they could be off sold for further development/mining or there could be multiple farm ins. As such, any deals would be able to fund further exploration until GPP have explored the entire area and are in a position to potentially move out of Guyana.

The video highlighted 6 or so such opportunities so far, with only a fraction of the area covered to date.

As stated, this is opinion and speculation and I do not envisage anything happening overnight. This is going to be a long term project, but hopefully a worthwhile one for shareholders.
