Well I agree that a fully functional facility nearby would be great, but you suggested that they would already have accreditation because it was 5 weeks since the report available by the DPI Guyana.
I wasn't suggesting that they needed help with what was required in obtaining it, it was directed to you to give you an idea of how involved it is.
