It is definitely a requirement for a competent person to sign off on any announcement that is indicating assayed results, he was probably the person that said "WHOA" you can say half of this, or I'm not signing.
I don't fathom why some people cannot see the glaring differences to the way the wording has changed the context of sentences and the revised meaning of them.
Plain basic English we were all taught at school, grammar, word selection, word placement, where to put a comma can and does change the whole structure of a sentence.
I helped my uncle Jack off a horse or I helped my uncle, jack of a horse... spot the difference!!!!
