Something I have always wondered about but never found the answer.
How was Borg paid and how much, and why was his report never published?
10mil oppys come to mind but when and where ? secondly was he paid at all?
no money ...no report his silence was deafening at the tme.
Probably a bit late to discuss it now as the posters from earlier times have departed.
