I somewhat agree with you - the Niobium prospects are probably best "short term". Drilling at Turesi Ridge and in/around the 20km ridge will take time.
It's not really rocket science - get the excavators in and let's see what they find/confirm at Robello Creek.

In probably the only real historical workings of what we have, In 1944, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) government agency also has documented at Robello Creek 2 area "Niobium Columbium is present at a grade sufficient to have a strong effect on the economics of an excavation project. It may even be viable as the only commodity mined"

In my opinion, the initial grades found in phase 1 are definitely enough to warrant further investigation despite what others say regarding priority.
Phase 1 was a precursor to confirm the whereabouts of lithium and they also found REE & Niobium.

Hopefully phase 2 will find something worthy of note
