I'll put my 2 cents worth in here as to the current SP.
They took advantage of a much higher SP to raise capital last year. If another capital raise is on the cards it will be at much lower levels this time at current SP of 20c I would expect it to be lower. Maybe 17c who knows. Herein lies the Achilles heel of stocks like these. Having seen this scenario play out many times before. The report today seemed good but failed to push the SP in fact the opposite.
