in your opinion the board are putting this up for takeover at sub 60 market cap? They get maybe 40 percent premium and get 85m takeover for years of work and a potential district size discovery?
I just don't see it. I don't see the conversation even taking place if the offer isn't a dollar or more and I can't see an offer at 400 percent premium getting put up.
It makes sense for rms to take the whole operation from both nst and nxm, but the timing just isn't right for nxm. I don't believe the board or shareholder accept any offer at this point.
