The diagram isn't very clear but I read it as that K1RC04 was drilled back in 2010, but that then raises the question of why they drilled K1RC1707, unless these two holes were along strike from eachother and not actually on the same cross section line, in which case the diagram should have had the clipping width mentioned in the diagram. I they had drilled K1RC1709 at a normal -60 degree inclination they would have at least given themselves a chance to test below the K1RC1707 and K1RC04 area.
The way I read it is that all the holes drilled in 2017 are prefixed K1RC17xx and the 2010 drill holes are K1RCxx
