It is more a liquidity issue. Low prices bring more sellers... and scare away new buyers.
But when you look at the volume there is nothing there... if you try to sell $500 you can make the stock go down 5% today. It is what it is.
Overtime Longterm holders may sell at the lows. Instead of buying at the lows.
Sentiment to unprofitable/small companies is going to change once central banks go from raising rates to cutting rates.
In LCL case a major discovery in PNG would also help. Lots of money to make here for those with a long-time frame.
