Much of the credibility of Paddy's Lode being a major new discovery and a game changer rests with this statement

Rox Resources Managing Director, Mr Robert Ryan, said the new batch of high-grade assay results, coupled with visual observations of additional drill intercepts for which assays are pending, has confirmed Paddy’s Lode as a significant new discovery within the historic Youanmi gold field.

RR is saying that Rox geos saw visible high grade, probably bonanza gold in the drill cores that are now pending. That extended the gold mineralisation to 200m (and probably a lot more).
Can the visual observations be relied on?
Importantly, Rox geos were not examining samples from RC drilling.
Below is the highest grade 1m hit from the first hole that intercepted 28m @34g/t.
Even at this high grade RC drilling sample the gold doesn't leap out at you.


Not far up the road from Paddy's Lode Ramelius Resources are having their own successes at Penny North. Here is part of their DD visual only released after the results wee confirmed in the lab.



Much easier to spot high grade gold in a Diamond Drill core than in RC samples.
Geos of the calibre of Exploration Manager Travis Craig would not make a mistake nor risk their reputation on this call.
