From memory TYX are majority partner and manager of JV so thinking it would go the other way at a guess. Kcn seem spread pretty thin at the mo and with high mill recoveries from previous dirt they have used once those diamond drills start we will get a lot better idea. Looking forward to the 2000+ samples currently processing.
An exploration company with more cash and liquid assets than market cap, consistent drill results along a decent strike and a hungry mill with no dirt and extremely high metallurgical recoveries nearby own by the JV partner,
I am really not sure if you can ask much more at this stage. With over 8000sqkm in area a near term cashflow potential could bode well for the highly prospective 100% owned tenements.
Could be the start of a good story...
