Go to any of the other spec explorer forums here and you'll see exactly the same thing.
It's worse because some companies are paying for expedited results, so they're probably bumping back those that haven't. I don't think it's really worth it for CWX to pay - I don't think it would help much in this case as it's unlikely to be holding anything up.
