Astral Resources NL (ASX:AAR) (the Company) is pleased to announce the results of the Company’sShare Purchase Plan (SPP), which closed on Friday 8 September 2023. The SPP complimented theCompany’s recent placement to raise $3 million (Placement).The SPP provided eligible shareholders the opportunity to apply for up to A$30,000 worth of newshares at an issue price of A$0.065 (as per the Placement) for each new share issued without incurringbrokerage or other transaction costs. The Company received subscriptions of approximately $1.6million from the SPP.
