There are no substantial shareholders in CLZ.

However if the CN’s are excised at some stage and they are held by a single entity that has the potential to change to something a LOT more.
I don’t think you can assume that any debt will be serviced by share issues unless more CN’s are created which may be the last remaining option for raising capital?
