The Convertable notes will give control of the company. If one has control of enough of them , and you can convert from 1 C to 2 C , it's manna , from heaven.
If I had a viable holding I would not sell .
Nothing is going to happen till they got control and everything is paid for . Then maybe privatise. All in my opinion
