I could be wrong on this,but a lot of those short term loans, which they've loaned to themselves via their respective companies at 3% a month,36% pa are loaned against the equipment/assets. So I'm thinking they end up with equipment that way if it folded anyway....happy to be corrected,but that's how it looks to me
