    CLZ are just in "survival mode" that's why the conditions of the CN's are so favourable to the holder/s whoever they may be?

    You probably won't find out who until shares are issued after being redeemed and they make the top holder list.

    All this would be legitimate if the holder/s don't have an existing relationship to CLZ management which currently is unknown.
