The title should have been more descriptive, someone even said they thought it was the same announcement. It's obvious what it is reading it, but it could have been more tactical in delivery. In any case, in comparison very low volume sell off, lots of investors sitting at a 9c+ buy in - to me that's positive.... For now, we'll see
