Minimal costs ?? look at CVG previous owner book value and construction/development costs - NOT minimal but quick pay back relatively speaking subject to some significant issues - KDR doesn't own it  

I am watching this very closely and still believe if the plainters get past Supreme Court leave issues then its game over ! with some very serious repercussions
