Jamming stop losses and then giving themselves a pat on the back for being such great 'traders'.
Cheating is very risky proposition.
I've worked in a market where this sort of stuff happened on a regular basis. Most guys just thought it was normal - 'it's how its done, if you don't like it go somewhere else' type attitudes. It took a long time for the regulators to hold the offenders to account, but they did get there in the end - a lot of lives, reputations and careers were ruined as a result. Fines for institutions that they worked for ran into many $billions (yes, that's billions with a b).
