Excellent logic there IMO.
Another aspect is that if you are not planning on converting (because your a bit iffy about paying up the 1 cent), then you should be selling the MOA's while there is a bid.
There 24m on the ASX feed at 001 & 002.
So my simple deduction is that all the MOA's will be converted by the current owners. Not the underwriter.
The only exception would be those holders who have died, or don't look at their investments very often! Not sure which!
