Spodumene has a theoretical Li % content of ~10%. So to get a a 7% result, they have analysed a sample that is approximately 70% spodumene/30% gangue pegmatite minerals. The 1-2% samples are much more representative of the overall pegmatite mineralogy as you can see the quartz, feldspars and muscovites (the gangue minerals).

The lepidolite would complicate the design process as it won't be as easily and cheaply extracted compared to spodumene. But its brownie points nonetheless.

They've also stated its gently dipping so as long as they're playing ball by conventional terms, that places it dipping between 10 and 30 degrees.
